Feature Request: Dynamic generated env config

Summary & Motivation

Dynamic generated envs based on the JSON config file this way there won´t be necessary to create a manual env for every new config exposed at the config file.

• Will have DPS_ prefix e.g: DPS_SERVER_DNS_PORT

Goals

To live along the current existent envs and dynamically created so any new config created at the config/yaml file will have a equals env option.
