Cannot Choose All Tax Rates

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version: 2.4.6

I currently have over 5,000 tax rates. When I try to choose all of them for 1 tax rule, I can no longer do so. I can only view 100 at a time. Then I have to search the rest which takes forever. What happened here? I noticed this on 2.4.5-p1 as well. This was never the case in older versions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on Stores - Tax Rules
2. Try to view over 100 tax rates.

Expected result

I should be able to view every single tax rate within the textarea.

Actual result

I can only view 100. That's it.

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop instance and the issue is not reproducible.Kindly refer the screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

• Click on Stores - Tax Rules
• Try to view over 100 tax rates.

We are able top view the over 100 Tax rates.

Kindly recheck the behaviour on Magento 2.4-develop instance and elaborate steps to reproduce if the issue is still reproducible.

Hello,

My issue is about the Tax Rules section, not the Tax Zones and Rates.

Here is the section I mean:

You can see that I have almost 6,000 tax rates selected. Yet the scrollbar is obviously not small enough to justify showing that many. I'm even at the bottom of the textarea. It only lists the first 100 and that's it. The only reason I was able to select over 5,000 is that I had to insert them manually into the database. Searching out every single Tax Rate I need to select would take me a LONG time.

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop instance and the issue is reproducible.Kindly refer the screenshots.

Steps to reproduce

• Click on Stores - Tax Rules
• Try to view over 100 tax rates.

We have created 276 Tax rates.

While creating Tax rules we are able to see the only 100 tax rates and we are not able to select more than 100.

Hence confirming the issue.
