Update Powder Diffraction and Pearl Workflows #37907

The workflow diagrams on https://docs.mantidproject.org/nightly/techniques/ISISPowder-Workflows-v1.html and the PEARL-Run_focus-wkflw.dot workflow diagram are not up to date. They should reflect how these workflows actually work.

Additional context
These workflows were found to be out of date when removing the AlignDetectors algorithm (#37799). It is not clear where the PEARL-Run_focus-wkflw.dot` workflow diagram is visible in the documentation. Is this still being used at all? It appears it was added to documentation in #17158 but I can no longer find the rst file.
