Move vanadium from focus to calibration tab of Engineering UI #39352

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Data should be normalised by vanadium before calibration is performed - the variation of the flux over the extent of the peak could give rise to small inaccuracies.
This issue is to do the following;
- Investigate whether these inaccuracies are observable/statistically significant (if not then we may not need to do the following)
- Move vanadium file input to the calibration tab
- Normalise data by vanadium prior to calibration
- Cache/save processed vanadium so can be used in focus tab
