Embed 3D widget into new window

Current Behaviour

While we currently have a 3D viewer window, it does not display any content. We require an integration between Mantifd Imaging and CILViewer widget.

Desired Behaviour

The 3D viewer window embeds the CILViewer widget (from ccpi-viewer).

Potential Pitfalls or Risks to Avoid

Ensure the widget does not conflict with MI's windowing/docking system.

Importance of Feature

This allows the 3D viewer window to be functional.
