Incomplete error traceback if marbl_abio_dic_surface_flux_compute() aborts

Need to check for labort_MARBL after the marbl_abio_dic_surface_flux_compute() subroutine returns. Also missing error checking after the abio call to marbl_co2calc_surface() returns.
