It seems that the current version does not support GeoJSON visualization. I think it would be a nice feature if we could have it.

Suggested solution

The possibility of converting 'sf' objects in R to JSON files for visualization.

hi @hojsad - what sort of visualizations? we support altair and widgets from anywidget, which many do support GeoJSON

hi dear @mscolnick, I am working to generate some brain atlas in marimo. it is a bit different from geographic altas. But I think marimo can change the game of brain visualization. I am developing this idea.

Hi, @mscolnick @akshayka @koaning I am thinking on some important domains. Th first visualization of brain atlas in marimo. You know that we have MNI coordinates that are like GPS for brain atlas. We should define brain visualization on these coordinates. All output of deep learning model including the prediction of Alzheimer Disease and Parkinson's disease could be visualize in this way. The are platforms like tensorflow.js to present the deep learning models but the interactivity of marimo is a significant game changer for neurologists. The other application is the visualization of brain (electrical and magnetic) signals (EEG and MEG) and their related RNNs and GNNs in marimo interactively. And the final I think the role that marimo can play in BCI (brain-computer interfaces) specially for online applications. I think all of these are great project. I appreciate your help.
