Floating cell window

It would be awesome to have a button to display a selected notebook cell as a new floating window.
With Jupyterlab, you can split windows but it is useless because you cannot show content on different monitor.

Example:
I have two monitor, I want to display the dataframe and the plot on screen 1 and use my screen 2 to transform the dataframe with python.
