Current version of `marimo` pins supported max version of `uvicorn` to [< 0.36.0](https://github.com/marimo-team/marimo/blob/main/pyproject.toml#L31). Can we update the upper limit to latest `uvicorn` [0.37.0](https://github.com/Kludex/uvicorn/releases/tag/0.37.0)?
