Suggestion - more blast options

Hi Martin,

I am lazy, I like it when tools give me options to easily enter commonly used options/flags. For blast imo that means word size, substitution matrix and (maybe) gap cost. A separate field for each would be handy, possibly hidden under 'advance options'.

Only a suggestion, has nothing to do with the review process.
