Support for walls, groups, feeds, likes

I'd like to be able to join a matrix room representing somebody's wall, see the items and events posted to it in real time, and explore the history. I'd like to be able to post to other people's walls as my facebook user, through matrix.

It would be incredible to normalize a paradigm for this that would allow Matrix to federate between different social networks some day. A way for somebody on Mastodon to see and post to Facebook via Matrix. A way to make a post on one service and have it automatically posted to a number of other services as well.
