Add missing "re-export" of sticky event types.

I am adding a devtool for sticky events on element-web, but it is not possible to listen to sticky event udate room.on(RoomStickyEventsEvent.Update, ..); because it is not possible to import RoomStickyEventsEvent
I believe because this PR is missing
