Share entry output across files? #137
Description
If the entry file is the same and used across multiple pages, I'd like there to be one output bundle for entry. Only if entry is different across pages does each page need it's own bundle.
Note: this works for shared CSS already (if pages share exact components/structure, they will share a single CSS file.
