Can't preview like obsidian's [[foo#^bar]] feature

I don't know if this is directly related to Jekyll or this template. If not, please let me know.

Describe the bug

While we can preview our other notes' specific sections using obsidian's [[foo#^bar]] format like:

Then:

We can't see this behaviour on generated website:

(When I hover over the broken link, it says: "There is no note that matches this link.")

Expected behavior
We could have seen Obsidian like preview in the generated website.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
• Ruby version: ruby 3.2.1 (2023-02-08 revision 31819e82c8) [x86_64-linux]

that would be cool. but i am afraid it is not fully implemented like that... yet.
obsidian is a great editor, i am using it myself.
but digital garden jekyll is trying its best to translate what obsidian creates.
i reckon you would need to edit the plugin https://github.com/maximevaillancourt/digital-garden-jekyll-template/blob/main/_plugins/bidirectional_links_generator.rb
