memory contents displayed incorrectly

Describe the bug
Hello.
I set up GD32 debug session with Cortex-Debug (using ST-Link adapter and OpenOCD), debuggind and uploading firmware working fine, as well as reading register/memory values from left panel. But for some reason it's impossible to read RAM of MCU with memview.
For some reason contents of flash can be displayed correctly.

• Debugger Type: cortex-debug
• Debugger Version: 1.12.1

UPD: It show all zero if I open 0x2002ffb4, but it I open 0x2002f000 and scroll down to 0x2002ffb4 - memory contents displayed correctly. Maybe some problems with reading from the end of RAM.
