FF145 supports the HTTP headers
Activate-Storage-AccessandSec-Fetch-Storage-Accessin preview in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1991688 (from 145)These are already supported in Chrome 133 - see https://chromestatus.com/feature/6146353156849664?gate=5788202676518912
I don't see a Safari standards position WebKit/standards-positions#412 so am setting that as false for support.
Spec is https://privacycg.github.io/storage-access-headers
