Please see this section of the tutorial for information on multi-component meshes with pyHyp. |

I am currently working on an aero-structural optimization problem for DLR F6 wing body configuration. After creating surface mesh in ICEM CFD, when I try to run the python code using pyhyp (mesh extrusion method for generating volume mesh), I encounter issues. I have used default options of the tutorial. Is it possible to generate volume mesh using pyhyp for complex geometries that contain multiple components like wing body configurations without using overset mesh ? For optimization purposes, can I create volume mesh using ICEM CFD or is it necessary to use pyhyp?

I would really appreciate assistance with this issue!
