how to deploy nominatim but without step import osrm to postgresql

hi, i have question, how to deploy nominatim, but without step import pbf to postgresql?
i already have the external postgresql and already import my PBF file to postgresql

i have idea to deploy 1 more nominatim with HPA configuration in kubernetes but i don't want to import again if my HPA active
