PC viewer issues #297
Description
Following issues were observed with the PC viewer:
- plotly caches some information in the web browser. Clearing cache from the browser and rerunning code helps here: SP
- The interaction with the embedding itself is not flexible. For instance, it doesn't respond well to zooming in and out.: SP
- Performing annotations by switching between PC components and PHATE causes an error. : SP
- color by time doesnt let perfromance of annotations after the switch. : SP
- clicking on points in embedding in 'time' doesn't highlight the point.: SP
