msiexec.exe hangs for a long time

Msiexec.exe, windows installer sometimes hangs for up to 10 minutes and most of the times succeed to install the package, sometimes it just sits there forever.
I can't access it's services, it's set to automatic but everything is greyed out.

Not only msiexec.exe, installing random binaries like vmware-workstation.exe takes an exceptional long time. Sometimes it hangs, other times it works.

Do you have any idea why this is happening, what could be causing it?

I haven't had this issue, but I released a new version (v3) of the XML file which is more stable and hopefully this issue should be fixed in that version, if you'd be willing to try it out and report back.

I haven't had any software installation failures, but almost every installer takes forever to actually finish.

Just to confirm, on which version of the UnattendedWinstall answer file is this happening? v2 or v3?
