This text seems outdated:
Mendix recommends that you use the community-supported Email Connector Migration Utility module to migrate data from the Email Module with Templates service.

The Email Connector Migration Utility requires exactly version 3.0.0 of the Email Connector module, which is old. It seems that the module cannot be used anymore.
