MSPT bar

I would be nice to see MSPT (milliseconds per tick) of the server and not just TPS so you can see if the server is _close_ to lagging. This way you aren't finding your server is lagging (less than 20 TPS and more than 50 MSPT) without warning.

"Oh, look it's at 40 MSPT. I should restart the server now." lol
