Dynamic metric discovery

Metrics provided by mesos agent on /monitor/statistics are hardcoded in https://github.com/mesos/mesos_exporter/blob/master/slave_monitor.go and are a subset of all metrics that can be exported (see ResourceStatistics in mesos.proto).
It would be great if all stats discovered on /monitor/statistics could be exposed.
