Suggestion: use MetaCPAN repo metadata to identify repositories

Distributions are more likely to be Perl code than what the GitHub language identification returns.

Also, some users (me!) have their distributions under GitHub organisations instead of under their personal account.

I think we'd welcome pull requests on this repository, but there's nobody actively improving it right now.
