Step by step walkthrough on how to use this tool.

Currently taking OSCE and would love to use this tool, but there are no instructions on how to use/find/perform what I need to to be able to get any use out of this tool.  Could you provide some instructions, or blog post containing instructions on how to make use of your tool?
