Add libraryInstrument structured aliases

This is needed to support bringing data in from GOLD which was sequenced externally. Previously we added aliases to cover seqMethod when data was processed internally. Now we need to add aliases for libraryInstrument which is part of the SRA experiment metadata provided by GOLD. In particular to support amplicon data we need to support mappings for Illumina MiSeq to support ingest of amplicon data. These structured aliases will be used to populate instrument_used.
