[Authoring] Carousel not in schema 1.5 or 1.6

Problem Description

I do not see any reference to Carousel in the entire 1.5. or 1.6 schema files. I am using a file to generate Java code to create these JSON structures which means I can't use this element type even though it says it is supported by MS Teams.

Expected Outcome

The published 1.5 schema should match the documentation/schema explorer here: https://adaptivecards.microsoft.com/?topic=Carousel

Actual Outcome

No mention of Carousel at all in the schema

Additionally, I don't see TextRun, used in RichTextBlock.
Nor do I see any of the charts.
Where is "full" schema that defines all the elements available in the schema designer?
