Copilot option for enhanced paste feature

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Possiblity to use MS Copliot Enterprise for enhanced paste feature.
Or at least Azure AI as alternative option to OpenAI.

Scenario when this would be used?

Using private OpenAI in enterprise context is not allowed. so using the feature of changing copy paste into json, markdown or similiar is not possbile at present.
As we have Microsoft Copilot available, that is using the openAI LLM below, it would be great if Copilot is an option.

Using chatgpt out of Azure is the alternative to Copilot in this scenario and can be used in enterprise scenario also.
