Auto start RIS after system reboot #174

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After receiving an update our server reboots and the integrations are no longer working.
I have added RIS as a scheduled task, to open after a reboot, but only launching the program is not enough.
Describe the solution you'd like
Command Line parameter to start the scheduler automatically on launch.
