What this is?
Created an issue template where people can specify the path of the sample, they are having problems with.
The list of areas is based on the CODEOWNERS file.

Description
This workflow changes the issue template when the CODEOWNERS file is changed. This will run
sample_issue_generator.py.Testing
On my forked repository I made changes to the CODEOWNERS file that results in an automatic commit by the bot.
On the other hand, making a code change won't trigger the action.

This will automatically tag the codeowner of a sample when the sample issue template is used.
