[FEATURE REQUEST] Avoid green-red contrast for accessibility reasons in 01_training_introduction.ipynb in OD section

Description

The 01_training_introduction.ipynb notebook in the OD section compares ground-truth to predicted bboxes shown in green and red. Adjusting the color scheme to red and blue will improve accessibility for the colorblind (~8% of Caucasian males).

Expected behavior with the suggested feature

Red and blue bounding box overlays, instead of green and red.
