[Feature] Support for Splitting Large Files

Azure has a 4GB upload limitation which apparently is hardcoded (ref1: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/web-application-firewall/ag/waf-engine#support-for-new-features , ref2: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1432665/azure-gateway-file-upload-limits-(4gb)-even-if-pol). This creates a challenge with packaging large applications using MSIX.
To work around this, it would be beneficial if MSIX-Packaging could support splitting of large files into smaller chunks.
