[BUG] Cannot build MSIX Core on Debian 13 with Clang #680

Describe the bug
With Debian 13 and Clang 19 the project cannot be built. It seems like the embedded Xerces-C Library version (3.2.1) has errors reported by Clang.
To Reproduce
- Download the msix-packaging-1.2 Release version from here https://github.com/microsoft/msix-packaging/releases/tag/MSIX-Core-1.2-release
- Extract the package
- Run the installation steps
Expected behavior
The code is compiled successfully
