Version.njk update mu_devops from v18.0.0 to v18.0.2

v18.0.1 was released, but the Version.njk was not updated so file sync is still referencing the older version.

That was intentional at the time to prevent thrashing large sets of files since the changes in that release were really only relevant to files being synced. At this point, do you think this could update the version to "18.0.2" and that release be made? The pending changes for that release do have changes that would affect that mu_devops version used in workflows.
