problem with wingetcli

Hello,

I have insaled - VC++ v14 Desktop Framework Package and C++ Runtime v12 framework package for Desktop Bridge (Project Centennial), i download package winget - and don/t work.
My default ProgramFiles is located in D: not a C: - maybe this is a problem
Eny sugestion?
