Console should probably be successfully seen in the Safari the browser, once logged in.
Current Behavior
The login screen is displayed, but once logged in, it's just a blank page shown. So unable to operate the console UI in this Safari version. The console left hand blue navigation is very briefly shown after login, before the web page displayed is blank.
Possible Solution
(Workaround is install/use a different browser, Firefox v.137 works successfully)
Context
Although Safari 15.6.1 and Catalina are no longer supported, it seems strange this doesn't work, as Safari and Catalina updates were as recent as 2022 and the browser can work with most web sites. Wondering if there is a simple fix? I logged this report using Safari 15.6.1
Your Environment
Latest MinIO release, but the same issue occurs on the oldest darwin-amd64 binary I had available to hand which is:

Runtime: go1.21.9 darwin/amd64
Operating System:
macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2026)
Darwin Kernel Version 19.6.0: Tue Jun 21 21:18:39 PDT 2022;
root:xnu-6153.141.66~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64
