Russian phone number with WIDGET_COUNTRY_CHOICE

Hi,
A russian phone number like +74953199229 is not rendered correctly with widget option WIDGET_COUNTRY_CHOICE. The phone number rendered is prefixed with 8 number instead of +7 whereas the option 'format' PhoneNumberFormat::INTERNATIONAL is specified.

However, the PhoneNumber is correctly rendred with +7 prefix using the option 'widget' WIDGET_SINGLE_TEXT.

Any idea ?
