Placeholder does not work

Hey! I am currently using your React Wrapper for AutoNumeric (it works really nicely, by the way). Thanks for taking your time to develop such a useful tool.

The bottleneck for me is not being able to set a `placeholder` attribute. Since this inherits props from the `input type="text"` element, could we please implement this? I would be willing to help out, if necessary.
