mmtk-core bumped its version number to 0.32.0, but has no change from its previous commit. ruby is merged with master. There are some changes to the tmpbuf type.
The upstream changed the CC refinement table into an ordinary RTypedData with weak reference field handling. We no longer need to do anything special to that because the existing weak field handling mechanism is sufficient.

ruby is merged with master. There are some changes to the tmpbuf type. The CC refinement set is changed to an
RTypedDatawith weak reference fields, and does not need special handling when using MMTk.
