I kinda don't like when mod/shader partially or fully doesn't my OS

Basically additional filters to side of screen but for OS so shaders/mods could be filtered by OS so people would know if its compatible with their OS

I didn't know there are mods/shaders that only work on some OSs. What are some examples of such mods/shaders?
