You cannot collapse a navigation item if it is active

Do not know whether this can be called a bug. But you cannot collapse a navigation item if it is active (the link of this section is open in the browser).

When you try to collapse the entire section, the page reloads.

Good question, I believe this is the issue nevertheless as for me :)
I've noticed the same yesterday when did a bulk extras update - when the page has many subpages it'll be useful simply collapse and see what is below, now we have reload and it is annoying a bit.
