Description
There is a MAJOR bug in the latest iDEAL 13.3.0 version. The developers of this module say they know this bug but doesn't seem to do anything about it, so any help or solution would be highly appreciated.
Old situation in OC 3.0.3.8 standard theme:
- Client does an order and pays by Ideal.
- The order gets placed in the admin
- The order gets a pre-defined status which you can configurate in the settings of OC.
New situation with the iDeal V2.0 and version 13.3.0:
- Client does an order and pays by Ideal.
- The order gets placed in the admin
- The order DOES NOT GET a pre-defined status as you cofigured earlier, but ALL orders get the status FAILED.
**In this case, all customers who place an order will automatically receive an email that their order has failed. This even though they have paid.
All received orders are also set to FAILED in the admin.**
This is a MAJOR bug and the developers of this module are aware of it, but they don't seem the importance of it.
Any solution would be highly appreciated.
