Mollie API error the 'name field' is missing

OpenCart 3.0.3.8.0
Mollie Extension 13.4.0

Customer selects iDeal as payment method. After API is trying to setup the Mollie connection, customer receives the message that a secure transaction cannot be setup due to a error.

Error Log within OpenCart gives:

Error setting up transaction with Mollie: [2025-07-17T14:22:04+0200] Error executing API call (422: Unprocessable Entity): Order line 3 is invalid. The 'name' field is missing

Name field is correct no special characters.
Issue seems to be intermittend.
