Integrate Mollie Components manager with checkout blocks system

  • Add ComponentsModule with dedicated service for component data management
  • Integrate mollieComponentsManager with payment processing and token creation
  • Expand Redux store with component state, mounting status, and token management actions/selectors
  • Update credit card component to use new component manager with loading/error states
  • Add comprehensive CSS styling for Mollie component states and layout
  • Temporarily disable Apple Pay session functionality
  • Refactor asset loading to use ComponentDataService instead of direct settings access
  • Remove unused shared hooks file

This PR is based on PIWOO-761-block-registration-and-utils
(Some logs might still be there, will remove in the last round)
