Description

Disables legacy SDKv2 implementation of mongodbatlas_advanced_cluster and removes MONGODB_ATLAS_PREVIEW_PROVIDER_V2_ADVANCED_CLUSTER feature flag:

• removes usage of MONGODB_ATLAS_PREVIEW_PROVIDER_V2_ADVANCED_CLUSTER
• retains SDKv2 to TPF migration tests (pinned last version to 1.39 for SDKv2)
• removes advanced_cluster SDKv2 example & usage in the provider
• updates acceptance & migration tests to only use TPF implementation

PRs to follow-up:

1. Move & update all acceptance & migration tests in advancedclustertpf/ to use TPF advanced_cluster configurations ONLY and remove acc.ConvertAdvancedClusterToPreviewProviderV2
2. Documentation & example updates to use TPF advanced_cluster
