Relaunch website

After 3 years, MoodleBox website needs a complete overhaul.

• Migrate layouts, etc. from hugo-moodlebox-theme into this project and drop the theme
• Choose a Hugo theme as inspiration (mobile first)
• Consider changing or removing completely CSS framework for simplification
• Implement the templates
