I got this tool to work with sunshine. But I have to also have GeForce experience running too. If I turn off GeForce experience it will error out on the tester and not work. Could you release a version of this tool for just sunshine considering GeForce experience is being shutdown? |

Allows Sunshine users to use this tool.
While sunshine already supports UPNP, users may still like to use this tool because it does other checks like ZeroTier and it is often a good debugging tool for internet streaming in general.
Confirming if Sunshine is currently streaming requires administrator rights, so I decided to delete that portion of the code in commit 4925732
