Implement the canvas getPixel() to bring Arduino_GFX API inline with the Adafruit_GFX API

Hi, as I understand it the Arduino_GFX API is following the Adafruit_GFX API, as such, is there any impediment to implementing the canvas uint16_t getPixel(int16_t x, int16_t y) function?

Per the readme, there is no plan to support read back operations.

Fair enough... I'll just peek directly into the canvas data, seems a shame though.
