No color on branches

Sometimes, when exporting an SVG from FigTree and then opening the SVG in Graphic on OSX, the non-colored branches don't have any color at all. I'm not 100% sure what causes this, but it seems to happen when I change the branch width property in FigTree. It doesn't always happen however.

Generally, restarting FigTree and exporting as an SVG without changing the branch size seems to fix the problem.

Label color does not match the color map

If you are coloring the same tree multiple times (e.g., you're running Iroki multiple times on the same tree testing out different colors or something like that) and opening the resulting Nexus file in FigTree without quitting FigTree, sometimes FigTree will keep the colors of labels the same as a previously opened Nexus file. If this happens, quit and restart FigTree and open the Nexus file again. This fixes the issue for me.
