What is the license for this code?

If you want people to be able to copy/paste this into projects, I would recommend putting the code in the public domain. Without a license, it cannot be used at all.

This is probably non-trivial given that Robert didn't write all of these algorithms or the like in certain cases, but I do agree a license would be cool :) thanks again for this repo Robert!
